G2 Has Named ElectroNeek RPA Market Leader

Every year G2 releases its Grid® report where it scores RPA vendors based on customer reviews and data aggregated from online sources and social networks.

This year’s G2’s RPA Market Momentum grid has placed ElectroNeek as a leader in the RPA category, along with UiPath and Automation Anywhere. The new rating is based on verified customer feedback, market impact, and growth rate. G2 also awarded ElectroNeek in Easiest to Use, Fastest Implementation, Easiest Admin and Best Support categories.

It is not the first time ElectroNeek appears on the G2 RPA grid. In late 2019 ElectroNeek was named the easiest-to-use RPA in G2 Grid report, which was based on the customer Satisfaction criteria.

What methodology is used

G2 scores products and vendors based on reviews gathered from its user’s community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. G2 technology experts apply a unique algorithm to the data and consider the customer real-time Satisfaction and Market Presence scores .

Products are placed into four categories on the Grid®:

  • Leaders quadrant represents products that are rated highly by G2 users and have substantial Market Presence scores.
  • High Performing products are products with high customer Satisfaction rate and low Market Presence.
  • Contender products are the ones with not so high customer Satisfaction rate and high Market Presence.
  • Niche category represents products with low Satisfaction rate and low Market Presence.
