G2 experts apply a unique algorithm to the data and consider the customer real-time Satisfaction and market Presence scores.
G2 Grid® classifies products by four categories:
- Leaders quadrant represents products that are rated highly by G2 users and have substantial Market Presence scores.
- High Performing products are products with high customer Satisfaction rate and low Market Presence.
- Contender products are the ones with not so high customer Satisfaction rate and high Market Presence.
- Niche category represents products with low Satisfaction rate and low Market Presence.
