At ElectroNeek, our clients’ trust is #1 Priority.
We uphold the highest standards of data privacy and security. As we know how important it is to keep your employee data secure. ElectroNeek conducts regular penetration testing and security reviews, designed to be SOC2 compliant, and encrypts data that is resting and in transit. Our customers entrust sensitive data to us. Ensuring it’s secure is our promise.
ElectroNeek utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the hosting of staging and production environments. AWS data centers are checked by 24×7 security, biometric scanning, video surveillance and are SOC 1 and SOC 2 certified. A global class application security.
Data is encrypted in-transit using bank-level TLS 1.2. Data is encrypted at-rest using 256-bit encryption through native AWS capacity.
SSO lets you authenticate users in your own systems without needing them to enter additional login credentials. All our plans include SSO via SAML 2.0 and OAuth with no added costs.
Access to your customer data is limited to only authorized employees who need it for their job and data access gets logged.
SOC 2 Type II
ElectroNeek is SOC2 compliant. ElectroNeek has been audited by an independent firm who has confirmed that we meet the requirements set forth in TSP section 100, 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability and Confidentiality.
Security is a company-wide effort. All our employees finish an annual security training program and employ best practices when dealing with client data.
ElectroNeek uses a diverse set of manual and automatic data security and vulnerability checks at every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Data security is a top priority for ElectroNeek, and ElectroNeek believes that working with skilled security researchers can locate weak spots in any technology.
